Saving the Restaurant (Trailer) from Forgotten Man Films on Vimeo.

Produced by Nadine Nettmann and featuring Bobby Stuckey, Master Sommelier and Independent Restaurant Coalition (IRC) co-founder,  Saving the Restaurant is a film that examines how America’s service industry is navigating the COVID pandemic.

Saving the Restaurant offers an inside look at one of the country's greatest restaurateur’s struggle to help save restaurants. The independent restaurant industry employs more than 11 million people in America - with millions more employed along the supply chain - and is considered a cornerstone profession in the economy. Not since the Great Depression has a challenge hit an industry of this size so hard. From closing restaurants to the creation of the IRC to fighting Congress for the creation and replenishment of the Restaurant Revitalization Fund,  Saving the Restaurant is the untold story of America’s service industry fighting for survival.

The Ramble Hotel is proud to present two screenings of Saving the Restaurant at 5 and 7:30 p.m., with tickets available at $65. Five dollars from each ticket will be donated to the Independent Restaurant Coalition (IRC).

Tickets Include:

• Welcome drink

• House-made chips, caviar and créme fraîche, and a glass of wine during the film

• Exclusive viewing + Q&A with Ms. Nettman and Mr. Stuckey after the film

A cash bar will be available throughout the evening with cocktails, beer and wine – Death & Co will also donate a portion of their cocktail sales to the IRC.
